Yechiam leads the market and were the first in Israel to launch sausages and special meat delicacies.
The green mountains and clear night air ignited in them the desire to revive the smoky aromas and gourmet flavors of their homeland, instilling the same legacy of uncompromising quality and meticulous perfectionism that they had absorbed in Europe. This is how the small home factory was established more than 40 years ago, within whose walls sausage and meat delicacies were prepared every day by masters who are their specialty.
